Order Information

Orders may be placed online.

All orders will be processed as soon as possible and shipped out within 5-7 business days, with the exception of preorders, in which case we will state the date products will be shipped or ready for pick-up. We will contact you in the event that there is a delay.

Shipping Policy

Our preferred shipping method is United States Postal Service, Priority or First Class Mail. Orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. Currently, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of $6.95.  Our rates are subject to change according to the current USPS rate.

Customers are responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information. If incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer and an order is not received due to it being delivered to the wrong address, additional shipping fees will be incurred by the customer for re-order.

For our shipping supplies, we try our best to use eco-friendly packing supplies and/or reuse packaging received from our suppliers. Otherwise, shipping supplies are provided by the USPS (flat rate envelopes and boxes.)

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. 

Returns

Prior to shipping, we inspect all packages to ensure that items are sent with care. No returns allowed on any final sale items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than final sale) that is unworn. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please contact us at connect@mahalohappy.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you. 

 

Due to the nature of the body care products we offer and for sanitary reasons, we will not accept returns of body care items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at connect@mahalohappy.com and we can arrange a refund or exchange for a product or products of equal value. 

Process for Refund Requests

Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

Return Shipping

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
